Below are some of the nice horses we have been able to train & show. The most recent listings are for horses that Warwick selected for Devine Ranch's Futurity Prospect Program. Warwick chose yearlings, started them, trained them up as 2 year olds and sold them as futurity prospects.

CUSTOM NIFTY NIC
Shown to the left is "Custom Nifty Nic", a mare by Custom Crome who is now a 6 year old . Warwick picked this filly out as a yearling
for Devine Ranch, trained her through her 2 year old year when she sold to current owners Carl & Victoria Lambert. She has been
one of the highest placing mares at the major NRHA Futurities and Derbies the past few yaers. This link will tell you all about this

UNO HICKORY CHEX
Shown to the right is "Uno Hickory Chex" a gelding by Nu Chex To Cash who is now 6. Warwick picked this colt out as a yearling
for Devine Ranch, trained him through his 2 year old year when he sold to Frank Bolea (NRHA's All Time Leading Futurity Owner).
Frank bought "Uno" on the advice of NRHA Million Dollar rider and Futurity winner Todd Bergen for Todd to train and show. Uno, is

LIKE A SMART DIAMOND - CONGRATULATIONS TO DEVINE RANCH & JOE SCHMIDT FOR MAKING THE NRHA OPEN FUTURITY FINALS - 3rd
Intermediate Open and 11th in the Open out of 386 horses. "Dude" won over $30,000 US.
This is "Like A Smart Diamond", a Like A Diamond gelding who is now a 4 year old that Warwick picked out as a yearling for Devine Ranch,
and trained through his 2 year old year. Joe Schmidt is now showing this fancy "Dude" and is doing extremely well. Congratulations to Joe
for winning the Open & Int. Open Futurity at the West Coast Futurity on Dude in October, 2007 scoring a 146.5. Then Joe went to OKC and
made the open futurity finals marking 218.5/221.5/220.5 respecfively. He ended up 3rd in the Intermediate open and 11th in the Open
Futurity Finals!

IN THE ROUGH
This is "In The Rough", a now 5 year old Like A Diamond gelding that Warwick
picked out for Devine Ranch, and trained through his 3 year old year. Joe
Schmidt is now showing "Ruffy" and just won the Open Derby at the CRHA
Challenge in Burbank, CAL with a 147.5. (Shown at left with Warwick in
November of his 3 year old year).
HOLLYWOOD CUSTOM
This is Hollywood Custom, a now 4 year old Custom Slider gelding that Warwick & Robyn bred, raised and trained until sold in August of
his 2 year old year when they were planning to move to Australia. Now in training with Deon Locke, "Cupid" showed at the NRHA
Futurity in OKC and marked a 217 and a 215.5 just shy of making the Intermediate open finals. . (Shown at left with Robyn in May of his

CUSTOM SLIDER
Robyn showed Custom Slider (by Custom Crome) to an NRHA World Championship (Limited Open) and Reserve World Championship
(Intermediate Open) in 2003. Check out Slider's website at www.customslider.com. Pictured at right is Robyn with mom Karol Cocchi
and Charlie Hutton who owns Nu Chex To Cash at the Kentucky Futurity, just one stop on their World Championship journey.
HOBBYS GUN THIEF
Warwick showed Hobbys Gun Thief to win the 2002 NRHA Limited Open Reserve World Championship. Shown here at the
Hollywood Charity Horse Show a couple years after winning the world reserve championship.
FLINT STONE WHIZ
Robyn showed Flint Stone to win the 2001 NRHA Rookie of the Year title at the NRHA Futurity. She won numerous rookie
classes throughout the year, including 2 saddles and numerous buckles. She consistently marked 72 - 73.5 on this talented
Topsail Whiz stallion.
DUN IT BY CHICK
Warwick showed this NRHA Non Pro Futurity winner to several Ltd. Open Derby wins, including the MEC Spectacular in
2001. She is now producing future champions as a broodmare for Tom & Mandy McCutcheon.

that Robyn rode Custom Slider to a Ltd. Open World
Championship. Pictured along side Robyn are Reining
Legends Todd Bergen, Andrea Fappani, Brent Wright,
Mike Flarida & Rocky Dare. This was the 2nd Million
Dollar Sire ceremony Robyn was invited to participate in.
In 2001, Robyn rode Flint Stone Whiz to win the 2001
NRHA Rookie of the Year title and was asked to
represent Topsail Whiz's offspring in his ceremony. At
the 2003 Custom Crome ceremony, Robyn remembers
walking down the "Gateway of Champions" to attend
Crome's ceremony with Todd in front of her and Andrea
behind her and she actually made the comment to Todd
that "It doesn't get any better than this!!!" What an honor!
